HoDforming‘s proprietary Hot Die Forming (HDF) process for the hot forming of metals enables the production of extreme lightweight components in key industries such as automotive or aerospace. HDF technology is highly energy-efficient and cost-effective and is used for metals and metal alloys with a melting point higher than 350° C, ideally high-strength alloys, as this is where the advantages of the process for producing extreme lightweight components are most evident. Extreme lightweight construction is a key technology for resource- and environmentally friendly, low-CO2 mobility of the future.
