The Düsseldorf-based startup HussarX has developed a unique deterrence technology that offers both proactive threat detection and threat deterrence. The technology can be used to identify armed threats, including friend/foe detection, in real time and to actively deter them day and night with powerful dazzling lights. HussarX’s technology combines computer vision, edge computing, and specialized hardware for a precise and immediate response. Target markets are initially the protection of security forces and critical infrastructure, and later also security solutions for companies and private individuals.
